An update to the previous update?

If you read me over on Dreamwidth or LiveJournal, my last surgery fundraising post doesn't seem to have propagated correctly. Rather than re-post it, I'm linking to it here. Basically, I'm switching to a less expensive surgeon with a better reputation, I'm still short about $4,000, and there are lots of cool ways to help me raise that money. All help is good help.
