I have to admit, I lol'ed at the sauce-names. Personally, I totally would name them such cause I have that sense of humor.
The Latin is maybe a bit heavy for such little ones, though they could grow into them.
And the hippie/pagan in me likes the plant names.
Not that my indecision helps you any :P
